Step1:Peel peas and leave peas. Dice carrots and beef tenderloin. Marinate with salt, cooking wine, starch and oil for 15 minutes.
Step2:Heat the oil in the wok and stir fry the beef until it's broken. Dish out and set aside.
Step3:Onion, ginger and garlic in a wok. Add carrots and stir fry them into red oil.
Step4:Add peas and stir fry for a while. Add some water.
Step5:Pour the fried beef into the pot and stir for a while.
Step6:Add a little salt, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce and starch to collect the juice. Add a few drops of sesame oil to get out of the pot.
