Step1:Prepare dough
Step2:Salt, sugar, yeast and 160 ml of boiling water at 25 ° C. cover with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes until bubbles appear.
Step3:Pour the flour into the large basin. Dig a groove in the middle. Pour in the mixture prepared in the first step. Use the root of your hand to knead the dough until it is ready to form. Then sprinkle some flour (out of portion) on the mixing table and knead for 20 minutes.
Step4:Put the dough in the basin and cover with plastic wrap. Wake up for an hour at a place slightly higher than the room temperature.
Step5:An hour later, take off the plastic wrap. Press out the gas in the dough with your fist.
Step6:Roll the dough into a 12 inch circle and trim the edges.
Step7:Put the rolled cake on the baking plate. Spread the ketchup evenly on the cake with a spoon. Sprinkle a handful of Italian herbs evenly. Then spread the sliced garlic. Then sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese. Finally sprinkle a small amount of basil powder. Sprinkle with olive oil.
Step8:Preheat the oven at 250 ℃ for 5 minutes. Then place the pan in the lower and middle layers. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes.
Step9:Take out the baking tray. Slice the pizza. Finish.
Cooking tips:It's a 12 inch pizza. I use my own baking plate in the oven. I don't need a special pizza baking plate. Pizza should actually be done in a large oven that can reach temperatures of 300 to 400 degrees Celsius. But a home oven can only reach a maximum temperature of 250 degrees Celsius.
