I used to peel shrimps for safety. Now I have shrimps with gut. It's much more convenient to eat shrimps.
Step1:Wash shrimps. Marinate with ginger, pepper, chicken juice, salt and cooking wine.
Step2:Add some salt and oil to the water. Blanch the corn, peas and carrots.
Step3:Put the oil in the pot and stir the ginger. Put in the shrimp. Don't make the fire big. Wait for the shrimp to set shape. Put in the cooked dishes. Open the fire. Put in the salt and chicken juice and mix well.
Cooking tips:There are American sweet green beans in the supermarket. Not bad. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
