Step1:1. Cut and dip the gilding tablet into 20g cold water.
Step2:2.100g durian meat, 60g water and 25g sugar are mashed in a blender.
Step3:3. Soak the gelatine tablet together with the soaked water. Heat and melt it in water.
Step4:4. Melt and mix in durian mud.
Step5:5. Whisk the cream until it has lines. Mix well with durian puree.
Step6:6. Pour in the mold. Let go of the finger cake or sponge cake (I didn't). Refrigerate for more than 4 hours.
