Cooking tips:1. Anise has a unique fragrance. No need to add other condiments. The simplest salt and oyster sauce are enough. In this way, dumpling stuffing looks like red fat, green and thin. 2. Anise seedling is easy to come out of the water. It's best to take water before the package. But it doesn't need to be blanched. It loses vitamins.
