Step1:Boiled fresh lamb chops with wate
Step2:Put the lamb chops in the boiling water directly into the prepared hot water pressure cooker. Put in some salt.
Step3:Use high pressure for about 10 minutes
Step4:Use low pressure around 2030 for about 25 minute

Cooking tips:The fresher the lamb chops, the better. If you care about the mutton smell, it is recommended to soak the lamb chops in water and change the water from time to time. If you change the water at night, put it directly into the refrigerator cold chamber until there is no blood water. It is recommended not to blanch the lamb chops and stew them directly; if you blanch the lamb chops, put them directly into hot water. If you wash them in cold water, the mutton smell is not easy to remove. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
