Step1:Put the above materials together and knead into dough. Ferment for 1 hour at about 27 ℃.
Step2:The fermented dough is divided into 4 small parts. Wake up for 15 minutes.
Step3:Roll the dough into an oval shape after flattening.
Step4:Curl up tightly along the long side of the ellipse.
Step5:The long strips are pinched into sharp shapes on one side and flattened on the other.
Step6:Roll the long strip into a circle shape. Squeeze tightly at the opening.
Step7:Put the finished dough at about 30 ℃ and continue to ferment for 20 minutes.
Step8:Put 30g sugar and 500g water into the container and boil them, then turn the small fire. Put the dough into the container and cook for 30 seconds each.
Step9:Put the dried dough into the baking pan. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and other dried fruits on the surface. Preheat the oven. Bake at 210 ℃ for 15 minutes.
Cooking tips:If you like low sugar, you can reduce the sugar powder. If you like high sugar, you can add about 20g more. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
