Step3:Put the whole ridge into the boiling water and quickly blanch it to remove it
Step4:Shred the tenderloin by hand and marinate it with salt, pepper and chicken essence
Step5:Add boiling water to the pot. Put in the prepared rice. I think the ratio of water to rice is 8-1. Put in the pork tenderloin, half the preserved egg cubes, and ginger for half an hour after cooking. Continue to cook
Step6:Boil the oil and let the onion burst out. Put the remaining preserved eggs and minced onion into the porridge before it leaves the pot. The delicious preserved eggs and lean meat porridge will be finished.
