Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Put the ribs in cold water until the fire boils.
Step3:Turn to low heat and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove and wash.
Step4:Wash the radish and peel it. Cut it into half round pieces. Put three times the cold water in the pot. Bring to a boil. Put ribs, ginger, soy sauce and rice wine. Turn to a low heat and put white vinegar and pepper.
Step5:Cook for about 1 hour over low heat. Put in the radish. Cook for about 40 minutes. When the radish is cooked, mix in the salt. Add in the vermicelli and cook for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle the shredded coriander and scallion into the pot.
