Cooking tips:Eggplant with a layer of starch will not absorb too much oil. Eggplant will feel better when it is peeled. I tear green pepper and eggplant by hand to make them taste better. When frying eggplant, it's better to make the fire bigger, because the fire is bigger, the eggplant absorbs oil, and the cooking is less delicious.
