This dish was taught by my mother. I tried it for the first time. My husband boasted that it was delicious.
Step1:Wash and dice duck breast. In the small pot, boil the ginger slices until the water is boiling. Add the duck breast. Scald for half a minute and then scoop up.
Step2:Duck breast with tea sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and fish sauce. Stir well. Cover with plastic film and marinate.
Step3:Wash and dice onions. Heat oil in a hot pot. Stir fry until transparent and turn off the heat.
Step4:When the rice is not cooked in the electric cooker, press the lid of the cooker to open. Pour in the duck breast and onion. Continue cooking. Let the duck breast juice seep into the rice.
Step5:After cooking in the electric rice cooker, take out the rice and meat onion, add the coriander, and stir in the pan. Today, there is less sauce. The color is a little light. It will be better if you add some old soy sauce.
Step6:Wash the vegetables and scald them in a small pot. Add fish sauce to the pot. Rice. Dish with jade dishes.
