Step1:Peel the bamboo shoots, wash them, pat them flat with a knife, cut them into strips, blanch them with water, remove the supercooled water (so that you don't feel astringent) and drain them for use.
Step2:Blanch and drain the peeled fresh broad beans.
Step3:3. Heat the cooking oil in the hot pot. Heat the oil. Put in garlic. Then pour in the snow vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute.
Step4:Stir fry the fresh bamboo shoots, broad beans and carrot in turn.
Step5:Add salt, sugar and cooking wine and stir fry for 1 minute. Then pour in the sauce and thicken it. Turn off the heat when the heat is high. Add in a little chicken essence and mix well to make it out of the pot. ^_
