When I travel, I always like to make biscuits by myself as a snack. My favorite is brown sugar and almond biscuits. Recently, I saw a biscuit on Japan's cookie pad website. It's a milk high calcium biscuit with full milk flavor. Many housewives learn to make it. Can add all kinds of flavors - Matcha flavor, black tea flavor, cocoa flavor, coffee flavor... Give children nutrition and calcium.
Step1:Heat the butter at room temperature. Add salt and sugar. Stir well.
Step2:One spoon of milk. Stir well.
Step3:Add a little vanilla to taste.
Step4:Mix the low gluten flour, corn starch, milk powder and baking powder, sift them, add them into the butter solution, and stir them with a scraper.
Step5:After the dough is kneaded, put the wrap in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour. Here's the note - as long as it's agglomerated. Don't over rub.
Step6:Roll it out into 2-3mm-thick sheet. Use tools to drill holes. Or you can ignore the drilling step. Punch holes just to make the biscuits look better
Step7:Cut into squares.
Step8:Put it on the baking tray. Brush the milk on the surface.
Step9:Sprinkle the salt.
Step10:Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Bake the bottom layer for 12 to 14 minutes until the surface is slightly golden. Note - cover the upper layer with baking mesh + tin paper or detachable layer to prevent too deep coloring.
Step11:It's fragrant. It's full of milk. On the next trip, this can replace brown sugar and almond biscuits
