Use dark soy sauce or soy sauce to turn spring rolls into Kawaii. The spring roll with mashed potato and lots of cheese is definitely my baby's favorite.
Step1:Peel the potatoes first.
Step2:Cut into pieces and put them into the microwave box. 250g high fire, 750W, about 4.5 minutes. Stew for another 23 minutes when the time is up.
Step3:Take out the potatoes and mash them. Add the salad dressing, black pepper, salt and sugar and mix well. You can add sweet corn and ham. Children will like it very much
Step4:Then we'll pack the spring roll - prepare the spring roll skin and cheese. Any kind of cheese is OK. I used the mozzarella pieces for pizza and the cheese pieces for breakfast.
Step5:Put the cheese in the middle of two layers of potatoes. Then wrap it into a square.
Step6:Then we can make some lovely patterns. With a small brush and a veteran, we can easily draw patterns on the spring roll skin. Isn't it great?
Step7:Put in the preheated oven. 180 degrees. Bake in the middle for 10 minutes.
Step8:It's delicious. It's a lovely spring roll without oil. You can make more frozen. Take out the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Cooking tips:It's no problem to fry or fry. It will be very crispy and delicious. Unfrozen can be frozen. But the skin may be a little wrinkled when unfreezing. So it's better not to unfreeze but directly bake or fry the frozen spring rolls. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
