Step1:Remove the outer skin of water bamboo, clean and cut the hob. Remove the skin of garlic and cut it into pieces. Cut the onion and soak the dried prawn in warm water for 10 minute

Cooking tips:1. Oyster sauce and raw soy sauce are both salty. Whether salt is needed depends on taste preference. 2. The older roots of Zizania latifolia should also be removed after the skin is removed. Otherwise, the taste will be affected. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
