Taro is delicious. I bought a taro yesterday and made red bean, taro, taro and sago. It's a dessert. Today, I use the rest of taro to stew spareribs soup. It's healthy and nutritious without oil in the whole process. In other words, it's more nutritious.
Step1:Put the spareribs in cold water. Boil them. Beat out the blood foam. Put two pieces of ginger and a spoonful of cooking wine to remove the smel
Step2:Take out the drain from the ribs, make the boiling water again and put the blanched ribs into the pot. Add ginger, onion, red dates, and simmer over high heat for 40 minutes. Add some salt. Put the ribs in the taro and stew until they are cooked. Put in some medlar and turn off the heat. Put a pinch of chicken essence. OK.
Cooking tips:Taro should be put in when the ribs are eight minutes ripe. Otherwise, it will be sanded out if it is put early. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
