Every winter, I feel the urge to eat braised beef brisket. It's tender and tastes strong. It's delicious with soft and rotten carrots and sweet and sticky potatoes. Every year in winter, we often stew in such a pot to make the fragrance permeate the whole room and warm the whole winter.

Step8:Add fennel, cinnamon, grass fruit, star anise, Xiangye and tangerine peel and stir fry.
Step9:Mix in the soy sauce, old soy sauce and brown sugar. Add in the clear water. Add salt to taste after boiling.
Step10:Then move to the electric pressure cooker and press for 20 minutes.
Step11:After exhausting, put in carrots and potatoes.
Step12:Another 10 minutes of high pressure.
Cooking tips:1. In the process of frying beef brisket, stir fry and pour in cooking wine. It can not only remove fishy smell, but also increase aroma. 2. When stewing beef brisket, add some tangerine peel to enhance the flavor. Beef is also easier to stew. 3. Make Braised Beef Brisket with more soup. It tastes better overnight. 4. You can put the beef brisket stewed in the pressure cooker into the casserole. Then put in the potatoes and carrots. It's better to stew it slowly. 5.
