The authentic Puning dried bean brought back from Puning by my husband. The flavor is Jue - Puning bean curd, also known as Puning dried bean and potato powder dried bean. It is made up of potato powder of bamboo taro and a small amount of soybean, gypsum, Shankeng water and other raw materials. It is steamed into square shape, with gold outside and silver inside, soft and smooth, crystal clear. It is a classic dish in Chaozhou cuisine, which is fried, dipped in leek salt water or Shantou salty chili sauce. Its skin is red and crisp, and its inner meat is white and tender. It is famous at home and abroad.
Step1:Rinse the Punin tofu and remove the moisture from the paper to prevent oil splashin
Step2:Put more oil into the pot. Heat the oil. The oil temperature is about 80 degrees. Put the Bunin tofu along the side of the pot
Step3:Deep fry Bunin tofu until golden on both sides. Turn off the fire. Remove and control the oil.
Step4:Cut the oiled Bunin tofu into four small pieces with a knife. Pour the pan with salty pepper. Serve
