Step1:Prepare the materials - Maodou, ginger, shallot and wash them for use. Blanch pork bones in hot water for use.
Step2:Add a little salt, cooking wine and ginger slices to the pork bone (I use new ginger. If I use old ginger, I can put it less.) press it in a pressure cooker until it is steamed, turn off the heat and press for another 10 minutes.
Step3:Add the soybeans and press them into the steam. If you like to eat something soft and rotten, you can press it for a few minutes.
Step4:Sprinkle with scallion. Finish.
