Every year until this season in North China, my family will pickle some cowpea and sweet garlic. This is our tradition in North China. And cowpea has always been my favorite food. So in, I pickled some cowpea myself. This is my first time to make pickled cowpea. It's not bad.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Add some water to the po

  2. Step2:Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt to boi

  3. Step3:Pour the boiled salt water into a basin to coo

  4. Step4:Pick the ginger beans, wash them and control the moisture conten

  5. Step5:Cut the cowpea horn into pieces. Put it in the basi

  6. Step6:Add the right amount of sal

  7. Step7:Stir well. Marinate for about two hour

  8. Step8:Marinate cowpea horn to make it green and let it out of wate

  9. Step9:And then wash the cowpe

  10. Step10:Put it on the steam curtain to drain the wate

  11. Step11:Put the watered ones into the cold salted water basi

  12. Step12:Marinate for two days and serv

Cooking tips:Put a little more salt, so as not to make cowpeas sour and not delicious.
