Every year until this season in North China, my family will pickle some cowpea and sweet garlic. This is our tradition in North China. And cowpea has always been my favorite food. So in, I pickled some cowpea myself. This is my first time to make pickled cowpea. It's not bad.
Step1:Add some water to the po
Step2:Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt to boi
Step3:Pour the boiled salt water into a basin to coo
Step4:Pick the ginger beans, wash them and control the moisture conten
Step5:Cut the cowpea horn into pieces. Put it in the basi
Step6:Add the right amount of sal
Step7:Stir well. Marinate for about two hour
Step8:Marinate cowpea horn to make it green and let it out of wate
Step9:And then wash the cowpe
Step10:Put it on the steam curtain to drain the wate
Step11:Put the watered ones into the cold salted water basi
Step12:Marinate for two days and serv
Cooking tips:Put a little more salt, so as not to make cowpeas sour and not delicious.
