Step2:In another pot, put in the boiled pig's hooves. Add ginger slices and cooking wine and cook for 40 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of salt when cooking for 20 minutes
Step3:Mix Korean hot sauce, sweet pasta sauce and tomato sauce. Add 2 tbsp of pig's hoof soup and mix well
Step4:Marinate the cooked pig's hooves with the seasoning prepared in step 3 for 30 minutes
Step5:Put the marinated pig's hooves into the baking tray. Brush a layer of sauce. Preheat the oven to 220 ℃. Put the baking tray into the middle layer of the oven. Bake at 220 ℃ for 15 minutes
Step6:Take out and brush a layer of sauce, a layer of olive oil, and sprinkle a little white sesame. Put it into the oven again and continue to bake for 10 minutes
