Step1:Wash the spareribs, marinate them with soy sauce, salt and cooking wine for an hour.
Step2:Add a little oil to the hot pot. Fry the marinated spareribs until golden on both sides.
Step3:Pour in Luhua peanut oil (other oils can also be used) in the bottom pan, enlarge the ginger and stir to produce the fragrance. Pour in the ribs and stir fry. Add tomato sauce and continue stir fry. Add vinegar (to help the meat to be more crisp) and sugar (a little more). Add boiling water and cover with small heat and simmer for 3040 minutes (children eat longer, more soft and rotten).
Step4:Heat up the juice. Add a little vinegar when you leave the pot. (do not stir fry when you leave the pot to avoid bad color).
