In the hot summer, it's time to eat balsam pear again. It's my love to cook soup and brew meat. Balsam pear stuffed with meat, steamed or fried, is very good. This time, I didn't want to cook by the fire. So I used electric pancake pan to fry. Ha ha. It's very convenient. In order to get rid of some bitterness, I was afraid of all kinds of pesticides. So I made meat filling after scalding bitter melon. If you don't like it, you can make meat and fry it directly. Balsam pear will be crispy.
Step1:Clean balsam pear and cut into thick section
Step2:Turn the knife around the inside. Remove the gourd and ladle
Step3:Put it into boiling water with oil and salt. Scald it
Step4:Take out cold water
Step5:The scalded balsam pear ring is dried with kitchen paper. A layer of raw meal is applied inside to facilitate better bonding with meat filling
Step6:Add salt, flour and soy sauce to the meat stuffing. Add a little water. Use chopsticks to stir in the same direction until it starts to glue. Fill the meat stuffing in the balsam pear ring respectively
Step7:Preheat the electric cake. Put in the brewed balsam pear. Close the lid and fry for 5 minute
Step8:Turn over and fry for another 3-5 minutes. (originally, I didn't need to turn over the electric pancake pan. But I don't know why. One side of my electric pancake pan doesn't have a good color. So I turned it over to make the color even and beautiful.)
