Step6:Protein. Add sugar three times until you can pull up the sharp corners.
Step7:Add a third of the beaten protein to the batter. Stir it up and down. Then pour the batter into the rest of the protein and continue to stir up and down until well mixed.
Step8:Spread the mould well with oil so that the cake will not stick to the mould after baking.
Step9:Pour in the batter. 150 degree oven.
