Step4:Take out the dough. Fully knead and exhaust. Divide and round the dough. 30 grams each. 10 in total. In order to ensure even weight, it is better to weigh with electronic scale. The rest of the dough is made into soft Pai Bao. Leave it for another recipe. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.
Step5:The loose dough is round and shaped. Put it into the eight inch cake mold one by one. For the convenience of taking out the baked bread, it is better to use a movable bottom mold. Cover the film again. Ferment to twice the size. The fermentation takes about 4 or 50 minutes, which is also related to the temperature. In the later stage of fermentation, the oven can be preheated synchronously for 20 minutes at 180 ℃.
