Today, my husband had a rest. We were very happy to buy food and cook together. The first time we made tilapia, it was not beautiful in color but it tasted good.
Step1:The fish are killed. Come back and wash the fish. Especially the black things in the belly. Make a few strokes. Apply salt evenly to the fish's body and belly. Put ginger and scallion into the fish's belly. It's good for deodorization. Marinate for about ten minutes.
Step2:Cut all the ingredients and put them in the plate for later use.
Step3:Heat the oil in the pot. Fry the fish on both sides until golden, then put it beside the pot. Stir in the onion, ginger and garlic to make it fragrant. Add salt, soy sauce, oil consumption and sugar. Pour in the boiling water without passing the fish. Put in a small spoon of vinegar. Then put in the seasoning and pepper. Cover the pot and stew for 15 minutes.
Step4:Put in the coriander and collect the juice. The fragrant tilapia will come out of the pot.
