Step1:Combine the raw materials of purple potato and white dough into dough.
Step2:Cover the dough with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place for fermentation.
Step3:When two kinds of dough are twice the size, cut them into large pieces and press them into thick skins with the accessories of chef machine.
Step4:Put the two skins together.
Step5:Roll up.
Step6:Cut it.
Step7:Press a chopstick from the middle as shown in the figure.
Step8:Put it into the steamer. Ferment twice. Steam for 10 minutes after 20 minutes. Turn off the heat. Take it out after two or three minutes.
Cooking tips:I used 400g flour. I made 15 rolls and two pieces of steamed bread with small size and short steaming time. If the size is large, the steaming time can be extended properly. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
