Step1:Weigh all kinds of ingredients. Separate the egg white and yolk. Put them into a container without oil and water.
Step2:To make the yolk paste, you can put the egg white in the refrigerator first. Put the milk and melted butter and sugar in the yolk. Stir until you can't see the oil. Be careful not to beat the yolk.
Step3:Put the flour with low gluten into the salt. Stir well and sift into the yolk. Stir until there is no obvious particle. Do not make a circle during the mixing process to avoid the flour from glutening. You can use the method of cooking.
Step4:The egg yolk paste is made and then the egg white is sent. It can be said that the key to do Qifeng well is to kill the protein. Add lemon juice and sugar to the protein. Beat until it is dry and foamy. Don't beat the egg beater too fast. Beat it too fast and mix it with the yolk paste. It's easy to defoamer. And it's not well organized. Step5:Open the oven at this time. 150 degrees. Preheat the upper and lower tubes for ten minutes. Take one-third of the albumen batter and put it into the yolk batter and mix well.
