I like steamed eggs made by my mother since I was a child. They are smooth and tender, and the shrimp is fresher.

Step2:Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add some salt and a little cooking wine and mix well

Step7:Take the shrimps. Remove the shrimps' intestines and lines. Marinate with a little salt for a while
Step8:When the egg is a little solidified, open the plastic wrap and steam the shrimp for another 5 minutes.
Step9:Steam well, then stir up soy sauce and sesame oil.
