Mom and I like to eat all the food about red beans. We went to my parents' house at the weekend. We got up early to prepare red bean meal bags for our family. Red bean stuffing was bought in the supermarket. We used to fry red bean stuffing ourselves. Now it's hot. It's really hard to fry the stuffing. So we stole a lazy job.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Mix the flour (low gluten + high gluten), sugar, butter, egg, yeast and salt. Initial mixing (I use chopsticks).

  2. Step2:Put the dough on the kneading panel and knead it until it is not sticky and smooth. Test - poke a hole with your finger. If the hole is in a regular circle, it indicates the degree of kneading. Put the fresh-keeping film on the washbasin bag for the first fermentation. Now the temperature is relatively high. The fermentation takes about 1 hour. Observe that the dough fermentation becomes about 1.8 times. Poke the hole with your finger. The hole will not immediately retract. Even if it is successful. Do not ferment too much, or it will have a strong sour taste.

  3. Step3:I use this red bean paste. It's moderately sweet. And it's just 400g. Ha ha. Divide the red bean paste into 12 parts.

  4. Step4:Evenly divide the dough into 12 parts. Cover with plastic wrap after exhausting. Wake up for about 10 minutes. Squash each dough. Wrap in red bean paste. Close and knead. Put 6 on one baking tray. Put 2 plates. Put in the oven for the second fermentation. It takes 30 minutes (put a bowl of hot water in the oven again). When the dough is fermented to about 1 time, take it out. Brush the yolk liquid. Sprinkle sesame seeds.

  5. Step5:Put it in the oven - heat it up and down for about 160 ℃. 15 minutes. Observe the color on the surface of the meal bag. Bake it golden yellow. Smell it out. It's good. Take it out and put it on the grill for cooling. Eat one when it's warm and sweet. Like one.

Cooking tips:I didn't take a good picture of this process map. It's mainly because when I got up early and worked, my family was sleeping loudly.
