My favorite is sweet and sour pork tenderloin
Step1:Cut the tenderloin into strips and marinate with sugar, vinegar, salt, soy sauce and cooking wine for about half an hou
Step2:Make batter, water, flour and starch. 2-1-1. Add less baking soda
Step3:Open fire and pour in the oil. Put one stick of the pork tenderloin paste into the pot. Fry until the surface is yellowish.
Step4:Put the ketchup in the pot. Add the sugar and vinegar. After boiling, add the starch water to get the sugar and vinegar juice.
Step5:Put the fried tenderloin into the pot. Stir fry until each tenderloin is covered with sweet and sour sauce. Collect juice and turn off fir
