This braised rice with taro ribs reminds me of my mother's taste. If you don't like taro, you can use potatoes instead. In fact, I like stewed rice with ribs instead of chestnut.
Step1:Taro peeling (wear gloves.) . clean and slice; clean pork ribs and rice. Set aside.

Step4:Scoop all the ingredients after stir frying into the electric pressure cooker. Add the water flush with the rice. Rice likes to be soft. You can add more water Cover the pot. Press the meat button.
Step5:After the electric appliance pressure cooker exhausts the air, open the cooker and have dinner.
