Step11:Pour in the 8-inch cake mold. Shake it twice to make bubbles. Put it into the preheated oven for 60 minutes.
Step12:It will expand to the maximum in about 30 or 40 minutes. It can be seen that the upper part has cracked. After 40 minutes of retraction, adjust the temperature to 120 ℃ of the upper pipe and 150 ℃ of the lower pipe for 20 minutes. PS - the temperature of my oven is too high. I tried it at 170 degrees. It's all paste. 150 degrees. The bottom color is too dark. Finally, I adjusted myself.
Step13:Shake twice on the table top and back up quickly after being out of the furnace.
Step14:Demoulding in an hour.
Step15:Slice according to your preference. Put cream and favorite fruit in the sandwich. I put canned yellow peach on one layer and mango on the other. Spread the whipped cream on the surface. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Put on some fruits.
