Once in the company canteen, my aunt made this dish. It's very delicious. But she cooked four beans and potatoes with streaky pork. I only have cowpea ribs at home. I've got this dish. It's the same type as braised pork with green beans and potatoes.
Step1:Get all the ingredients ready.

Step5:When the cowpea color is ripe, pour in the potatoes. Then add water and cover the pot and simmer for about 8 minutes.
Step6:The finished product is out of the pot. It tastes very comfortable.
