I make a big meat loaf. It's super full if I eat one. It can be used as a meal.
Step1:Mix and knead the dough until it is smooth. The specific steps are detailed in my other bread recipes.
Step2:This is the first time the fermentation is finished.
Step3:In two groups.
Step4:Take a dough and roll it into a rectangle after exhausting.
Step5:Put it in the baking tray. Poke a small hole with a fork.
Step6:Put it in the oven. Second fermentation. Put a bowl of hot water.
Step7:Prepare white sesame and whole egg white.
Step8:After the second fermentation, take it out, brush on the whole egg liquid and sprinkle with white sesame.
Step9:In the middle of the oven, bake at 180 ℃ for about 25 minutes.
Step10:Take it out. I've been baking for a long time. It's darker.
Step11:When it's a little bit cool to warm, squeeze in the salad dressing, sprinkle with meat floss, roll tightly, and cut into three parts on average.
Step12:Squeeze the salad dressing on both ends. Sprinkle the meat floss and it will be finished.
Step13:It's very satisfying to eat one big roll. It's delicious
