Step1:1. Mash the walnuts. Try to break them. 2. Boil the milk in a saucepan. Add oatmeal. Cook for a minute or two with walnuts and raisins. I use ripe walnuts. The milk is pure. If you like the thick one, you can put more oats. When you eat it, the milk and walnuts really have a lot of aftertaste. Raisins are for the kids who don't like eating.
