Step1:1、 Mix cornmeal, flour and sugar.
Step2:Mix the yeast powder with 35 ℃ warm water and let it stand for 5 minutes.

Step4:Mix the flour with water to make a dry paste.
Step5:Stir the noodles well (slightly thinner than steamed bun noodles) and put them in the basin. Cover with plastic wrap. Cover and ferment.

Cooking tips:After fermentation, steam in boiling water for 15 minutes and simmer for 5 minutes. There are skills in uncovering and cooking.
