My father-in-law makes pickled fish very delicious. I learned from him. I can make it myself when I want to eat it.
Step1:Grass carp. Separate the fish and bones. Add a little salt to the fish. Add starch. Add two egg whites and mix. Marinate.
Step2:Fish bones are open. Add a little cooking wine to remove fishiness.
Step3:Heat the pot, pour in the oil, stir fry the onion, ginger and garlic.
Step4:Pour in the fish bones and stir fry for a while. Then add the pickled vegetables and stir fry.
Step5:You can add more water if you like the soup. You can drop two drops of white vinegar if you are afraid of fishiness. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step6:Fish and pickles. Leave the soup in the pot.
Step7:Just pour the fillets into the pot and cook them. Don't Shovel them. They will be broken. Don't cook them too long. The fish will not taste good when they are old.
Step8:Put the fish in it. Pour in the soup. Pour in the chili oil. Sprinkle some green onion. Chili oil is in my other recipe.
