Compared with the wife's pie, the filling of the husband's pie is mainly spicy and salty. It's also bigger in shape. It's somewhat consistent with the careless man. Husband's cake is made of pine meat, scallion, salt and pepper and eggs. It's a little salty. Different from the wife's cake, the husband's cake is elliptical in shape. The surface is cut with different patterns to show the difference. The skin is the same yellow. I put it into my mouth curiously. It's Crispy on the outside. It's salty in the inside. It feels like chewing candy. But it's not sweet and greasy. I personally feel that I have eaten many kinds of desserts. The salty and crispy taste is precious. It's more delicious. The formula and making method of the multi-layer pastry are exactly the same as that of the wife's cake. Just copy it according to this method. Please refer to my previous recipe of the wife's cake. It's very detailed. It won't be repeated here. -
Step1:It's the same as the wife's cake (please refer to my previous recipe Chinese famous pastry - wife's cake (sweet pastry)). Make multi-layer pastry ready for use.
Step2:To make stuffing - crush the biscuits into biscuit crumbs.
Step3:Bake the flour in the oven at 180 ℃ for about 8 minutes (the surface turns yellow slightly). Add all the stuffing materials. Put the onion and pepper powder on the top. Heat the vegetable oil in the recipe to the scallion and pepper powder, pour them down to make them hot, and stir them evenly.
Step4:Break the eggs into egg liquid. Because the biscuit residue, flour oil content and oil absorption are different, there is no fixed amount of added eggs. Add a small amount of them several times until the stuffing can be squeezed and shaped. Do not get too wet. The rest of the egg is left to brush the surface.
Step5:Divide the stuffing into 8 doses averagely. Wrap in the pastry.
Step6:Hold it tight.
Step7:Close and put it down on the baking tray paved with oil paper or high-temperature oil cloth. Flatten it.
Step8:Brush one layer of egg liquid on the surface. Dry it a little and then brush one layer of egg liquid. Then dry it a little. Use a knife to make two deep strokes on the surface. Draw to the filling. Bake in the middle layer of the oven preheated at 200 ℃ and 160 ℃ for about 20 minutes. Observe the surface coloring. The oven can be put out when the desired uniform coloring degree is reached.
Step9:Bite open one. It's salty, sweet, fragrant and crispy. It's delicious.
