I often eat spicy hot pot in school. The temptation of spicy is irresistible. Try to make it by myself this time. Ha ha. It's really delicious. Let's share my experience with you.

Step3:Boil the water again. Put the meat in the water and blanch until it changes color.
Step4:Drain the cooked meat, and control it with cold water for standby.
Step5:Put a little oil in the pot. Stir fry the garlic. Pour in the lettuce, Flammulina velutipes and agaric for two minutes. Add in the lettuce and stir for one minute. Leave the pot for use.
Step6:Put in a pot of ground oil. Pour in the red pepper and stir fry. Remove the ingredients.
Step7:Pour in a bag of spicy pot bottom material and stir fry for a few times. Add meat and stir fry. Then put in the boiled potato, lotus root, carrot, kelp and stir fry. Put in the stir fried vegetables when they are fast cooked. Stir quickly for one minute to get out of the pot. If you think the soup is small, pour in some boiling water.
Step8:Sprinkle the cooked sesame seeds on the pot. If you put a few more cilantro, it will be more perfect. Unfortunately, it's not available at home. But it's still delicious.
Cooking tips:You must blanch the wheaten vegetables with water to taste bitter. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
