Step1:Rinse the dried peas with water. Add 34 times the volume of water. Soak for 34 hours until the peas are completely soaked.
Step2:Pour the soaked peas with enough water into the pot. Heat the peas over high heat, then cover with low heat and cook for about 20 minutes
Step3:Pour the boiled peas into the food processor together with the water and sugar. Beat into pea puree.
Step4:Pour the pea puree into the wok. Stir fry until the pea puree thickens. After picking up the pea puree with a spatula and spoon, the pea puree will not be integrated with the pea puree in the pot as soon as it drips. It will remain in a certain shape. After that, it will gradually integrate with the pea puree in the pot. If you stir fry to this extent, turn off the fire immediately.
Step5:Pour the pea puree into the fresh-keeping box. Use the back of the spoon to smooth the surface as much as possible. Cover the box and refrigerate for 4 hours until it is completely set.
Step6:When eating, pour out the yellow peas. Cut them into small piece
