Step1:Preparation materials - mung beans (more for many people). Iced sugar (you can also use brown sugar or white sugar. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste). Osmanthus sugar (it's made at home with fresh osmanthus. It may be sold in the supermarket or online).
Step2:Soak the mung beans in advance for 30 minutes. (if it's convenient, you can wash them directly and boil them with water.) after washing them, pour them into the electric cooker. Add some water. (if you like to drink soup, you can add more water.) plug in the electric cooker and start cooking.
Step3:When the water boils, add in the sugar. Stir with a spoon. Cover the pot and continue cooking.
Step4:Before cooking, add 12 spoonfuls of Osmanthus sugar, mix well and leave the pot. (you can use a water basin to take most of the water. Put the whole pot of mung bean porridge down to soak and cool. It won't be too hot to eat.)
