I like to eat tuna cooked outside and tender inside. Many Japanese uncles like to order this dish after work. I love it too.
Step1:At the bottom right is the fresh tuna I bought today.
Step2:1. Cut the tuna into square pieces. I cut three squares in all. One piece can cut three pieces. Cut according to personal preference. Like square and triangle at will. 2. Heat the olive oil in a hot pot. Put tuna on a small heat for 80% of the pot. Fry the tuna on four sides slightly, and the pan will come out. 3. The cooked top layer is evenly covered with black pepper. 4. One slice is about 5mm thick. 5. Chop the coriander and shallot, mix with the soy sauce and spread on the plate.
Step3:Finally, put the tuna fillet on the chopped shallot and coriander. Just brush the tuna with olive oil.
