Step1:The milk is at normal temperature.
Step2:A proper amount of flour. My bag is 200 ml milk. A small bowl of yeast water. Make a soft dough with flour.
Step3:Natural fermentation is at least twice as big. I mix noodles at noon and pancakes at night.
Step4:The dough sticks are made into large slices. Put salt and oil on them and touch them evenly. Then roll them up and cut them into small pieces of suitable size. The dough sticks are made into dough cakes, which can be enjoyed after being cooked in a small heat.
