I've had this soup as a guest at someone's house. It's a match I didn't think about. Ha ha. It's very fresh. So I made it myself when I came back.
Step1:Prepare ingredients. Wash crab mushroom. Slice lunch meat.
Step2:Put water in the pot. Add some oil to the ginger slices. It is suggested to use animal oil, that is lard. The soup is better to drink.
Step3:Add the crab mushroom after boiling. The mushroom can be boiled for a while.
Step4:Join the lunch meat and cook.
Step5:Finally add salt. You can add chicken essence if you like it. I didn't add it. We don't eat chicken essence and monosodium glutamate at home. Sprinkle with Scallion to make a pot.
Step6:It's easy to have wood. It tastes good.
