The prescription I saw on the fitness homepage in the previous paragraph. I changed it. The elderly in my family have diabetes. They are very strict in sugar control. Moreover, I always make snacks without adding a drop of oil.
Step1:Egg, low gluten flour, oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, black sesame powder (also add hypoglycemic powder to the old man's share) mix and stir.
Step2:Add some milk to the mixed paste (the normal one I add is milk and banana. The blender is super convenient. It doesn't need a spoon to press into mud at all
Step3:I like walnuts, peanuts and so on. I highly recommend blueberries. It's great to have a bite of them.
Step4:Preheat the oven 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Pour the batter into the container. Bake it for 15 minutes and it's OK
