Step1:Cut the tenderloin into strips that are finger thick. Add cooking wine, salt, soy sauce and starch. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Step4:Cover the marinated tenderloin with paste.
Step5:Heat the oil in the pot and change it to medium low heat. Use chopsticks to fry the meat strips wrapped in the paste one by one until they turn white. Take out the controlled dry oil. (the time of explosion is longer. The time of explosion can be shortened later.
Step6:After all the meat strips are fried, change the fire to pour the meat strips into the pot twice. Fry until golden brown on both sides and remove the control dry oil.
Step7:Leave the bottom oil in the pot. Stir fry the tomato sauce and the red oil. Stir fry the apple in the drained water for 2 minutes.
