Step9:Then take out the pig's elbow. Cool it with cold water.
Step10:Start the pot again. Put in four pieces of scallion, two pieces of fragrant leaves, Chinese prickly ash, four pieces of ginger, four pieces of garlic, half a bowl of old soy sauce, a proper amount of cooking wine, and a small spoon of salt. Turn the small fire to boil for half an hour and turn off the fire. Turn off the fire and keep it for half an hour. Then boil for another hour. Then cool the pot. Refrigerate the pot together and let the pig elbow soak in the marinade for one night.
Step11:The next day, take out the gauze and open it. Slice it and enjoy it. If it doesn't taste good enough, mix it with raw soy sauce, sesame oil and a small amount of vinegar.
