Step1:Mix the shredded meat with Scallion salt and starch.

Step6:Fire. Put the remaining oil in the pickled peppers. Then add the carrot and onion and stir fry.
Step7:When the onion and carrot become soft and discolored, pour in the shredded meat. Add a little salt. (the shredded meat has been salted before, so don't put too much.) Then pour in the fish sauce. Make sure to stir fry or it will paste the pot.
