Most salmon are sold in pieces. Salmon bone is rich in nutrition. It can be made into soup. It's very crispy to fry. This is the only place I like to eat cooked salmon except for the fish head.
Step1:Wash salmon bones and drain. Add salt, cooking wine and ginger slices and marinate overnight.
Step2:Heat the oil in the pan. Fry it slowly until the surface is scorched yellow. Later, I left a few pieces of fried fish in an air frying pan to try it. The better advantage is that it absorbs a lot of oil in the fish bones through air frying. It tastes healthier.
